15 steps of thickness adjustment with dial.

By turning the dial on the back of the main body, the movable top plate of the main unit moves up and down to change the slice thickness.
Each height of the scale on the dial is a reference of the slice thickness. You can determine the thickness you want to slice by looking at the scale.

The five sclae (round dots) from the right end of the dial are NO slicable range.When storing, turn the dial to the rightmost position for safety.

The slicing blade is adjustable from 0.4 mm to 6.0 mm in thickness; thickness can be changed in 15 steps of 0.4 mm each. You can slice vegetables at your desired thickness according to the ingredients and cuisine.

Thin and even slicing is difficult with a knife. Lemon slices can also be easily done.
You can slice fragile tomatoes and zucchini into long, ribbon-like slices.
Julienne blades cut vegetables into thin strips of uniform width.

Molybdenum-vanadium steel, which is also used in professional kitchen knives, is a material with higher wear resistance than ordinary stainless steel. It is rust-resistant and has the feature of lasting sharpness.

Blades can be replaced if they lose their sharpness. Separately sold replacement blades are also available.

The blade angle is 47 degrees.
The blade is positioned at an angle to the slicing direction. This reduces resistance when slicing and allows for light slicing of food.

Because of the sloping angle, food can be sliced easily simply by moving the food from the front to the back.

Versatile slice width of 96 mm

The slice width is wide enough to easily slice L-size onions and 1/2 cabbage.

The width of the slicer allows plenty of room for slicing, so onions and tomatoes can be finished in a beautiful circle.

Safety holder for safe slicing

A safety holder is provided to hold the food securely so that the sharp slicer can be used all the way through without worry.

Five pins inside the holder pierce deeply to hold the food in place.

When slicing, press the holder top.

By pushing the holder top, the food is pushed out and can be sliced cleanly to the last slice.

Be sure to use the safety holder. Failure to do so may result in injury.

Smart storage

The safety holder can be stored behind the main unit.

The legs can be folded for compact storage.

The julienne blades come with storage cover.
