The handle is designed to fit comfortably even in smaller hands, such as those of female staff. We went through countless prototypes to perfect a form that is easy to grip and allows for natural pressure. It is specifically engineered to prevent wrist and arm fatigue, even during heavy-duty daily use. With its superb sharpness, professional length, and labor-saving lightness, this is a knife truly designed with the chef’s well-being in mind.
